A minimum of one (1) from each of the Uptime Elements knowledge domains listed below is required. The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/assetmanagementprofessionals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PROGRAM-CHECKLIST-FORM.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mastery Belt Checklist can be found HERE.<\/a><\/p><\/div><div class=\"HtmlFooter\">\u00a0<\/div><\/div><div class=\"ContentItemHtml\"><div class=\"HtmlContent\"><p>CRL Domain Mastery Belt project\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/assetmanagementprofessionals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/PROJECT-APPLICATION-FORM.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">applications<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/assetmanagementprofessionals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/AFFIDAVIT-AND-VERIFICATION-FORM.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">affidavit and verification forms<\/a>\u00a0must be submitted by an active Certified Reliability Leader for each knowledge domain attesting to the successful outcomes generated by the project. CRL Domain Mastery Belt project affidavit and verification forms must be signed by the following people in the applicant\u2019s organization:<\/p><ul><li>The Applicant who led the project<\/li><li>The Applicant\u2019s Executive Sponsor<\/li><li>The Applicant\u2019s Financial Verification Agent<\/li><\/ul><p>CRL Domain Mastery Belt project\u00a0affidavit and verification forms\u00a0must also be signed by the following people independent of the applicant\u2019s organization:<\/p><ul><li>A designated AMP Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be assigned.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"row\"><div><p>Upon acceptance and approval, an appropriately embroidered Uptime Elements knowledge domain colored belt will be issued to recognize the completion of the project and continued progress made on the journey toward the CRL Domain Mastery Belt.<\/p><ul class=\"elements-list\"><li>AM Yellow Belt \u2013 Asset Management<\/li><li>REM Orange Belt \u2013 Reliability Engineering for Maintenance<\/li><li>ACM Green Belt \u2013 Asset Condition Management<\/li><li>WEM Blue Belt \u2013 Work Execution Management<\/li><li>LER Red Belt \u2013 Leadership for Reliability<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div><p>Once 5 Uptime Elements Knowledge Domain Mastery Belts have been earned and confirmed, the\u00a0<strong>Certified Reliability Leader Black Belt<\/strong>\u00a0will be issued at prescheduled ceremonies held at various locations and dates throughout the year.
