Now, ASI will support WIRAM\u2019s mission: to elevate and highlight the role and contributions of professional women to our industry.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advocates play an essential role in the activities of Women in Reliability and Asset Management. Our webinars, WIRAM Panels, the production of our podcasts and interviews, and the overall operation of our organization depend on the support of companies that identify with our core objective: to create a safe space for the professional and personal development of women professionals in asset management. Through its work, WIRAM helps reduce gender inequality in the industry, promotes the presence of women in the industry to foster more inclusive and flexible organizations, which are enriched and strengthened by the perspectives and knowledge derived from women\u2019s professional experience in the field.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Women in asset management and industrial maintenance become role models, a possible ideal for thousands of young females around the world. Therefore, WIRAM, under the umbrella of the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP), works to open new paths for the emerging generation so that more young women consider asset management and industrial maintenance as an option for their future.
