To:Terrence O'Hanlon & everyone that made the PdM Conference in Chattanooga a huge Success,

Terry, I just wanted to take a minute to say that I think the Conference was great. The pre and post Conference workshops were very useful along with all of the short courses. As you know Companies are always looking for the biggest bang for there buck when it comes to training and I really beleive that I recived my money's worth last week.

It was very evident by me that you along with all of the other presenter's truly beleive in the practice of Reliability. It was great to be able to network with the instructors during class and afterwards. They were always ready to discuss anything which was great. I also enjoyed the limited amount of people which gave a better ratio and more time for questions.

I have been to a number of expensive training sessions in my past only to get there and the first thing the instructor does is inform everyone that during breaks he does not want to answer question's and when you ask a question you are told that is in the next class which to me sounds crazy but it is still happening.

Keep up the great work and I encourage anyone that was not able to attend this to put it on you schedule for 2007 because I think it is a must attend Conference.

    Thanks
    Alan Big Grin
