Good Day Dear Members ,

I am facing data uploading problem with Wilcoxon MAC 800 as follows :

1.While uploading the collected data from Wilcoxon MAC 800Vibration meter to Data mate software ,some of the data unable to upload into the data base .I have tried so many times but no use .

2.Earlier i sent my equipment my equipment to checks about Memory error and data upload issues but no rectification done .

3.They said that no issues in the software and the meter .

4.New Firmware also updated but no use .

5.Every time i need to take out the batteries and insert again after getting this Memory error .

I do not use the Wilcoxon system, but it does sound like some sort of cache problem.  I hope someone else here can help you.
