Root Cause Analysis

We are using Thermal Spray to increase the availability by delaying the  erosion.... Any Suggestion please how can we solve root cause or increase the availability, As thermal spray coating Costly solution.

I would start by calling the manufacturer for their recommendation. It is possible that the boiler in place was not designed for the conditions it is in or being used for which can be contributing to the erosion. I would also contact local companies that provide evaluations and coating recommendations because it may be more cost efficient to have a professional seal the unit than repeatedly use a thermal spray that is not a long lasting solution.

I personally wouldn't want to recommend not knowing the equipment you are referring to. I'd contact the manufacturer of the unit itself for that recommendation. Thermal sprays can have issues with bonding and high temps. IGS is a very well known company, I would ask if there is a product they offer that has a longer lasting expectancy to cut down on the frequency you need to recoat.
