TERRENCE O'HANLON - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - FOUNDER - BOARD PRESIDENT

Terrence O'Hanlon, CMRP is the Publisher of Reliabilityweb.com®, RELIABILITY® Magazine and Uptime® Magazine. He is a Certified in Asset Management by the Institute of Asset Management and is a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional by SMRP.  Terrence is the acting Executive Director of the Association for Maintenance Professionals (AMP).   He is the executive editor and Publisher of the 5th Edition of the Asset Management Handbook.

Terrence is also a voting member of the US TAG (PC251) for ISO 55000 - ASTM E53 Asset Management Standards Committee.  More recently Mr. O’Hanlon has been selected as the sole US Representation through ANSI for ISO Working Group 39 to create a standard for competence in assessing and certifying Asset Management programs known as ISO 17021-5.

Mr. O’Hanlon is also a member of the Institute of Asset Management, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, The Association of Facilities Engineers, Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals and the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers.  

MAURA ABAD - DIRECTOR

Maura Abad is the Global Director of Women in Reliability and Asset Management ( WIRAM) with The Association of Asset Management Professionals  and Vice President Operations at Reliabilityweb.com.

Maura supports the growing body of knowledge in English and Spanish to deliver the triple bottom line of People, Planet and Profit. 

Maura is excited about Digital Handover, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twins  working with the Non for Profit Organization The Reliability Leadership Foundation. 

She loves dogs, robots , traveling the world, experiencing the  culture of different places  and learning as many  languages as possible,  She considers Leadership, Digitalization , Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion to be essential for  the advancement of any organization.

VIC RIOLI - DIRECTOR

Vic is known throughout the AMP Community as a leader in Reliability. He is an Independent Reliability Consultant with Rioli Reliability, LLC and has served on the AMP Board of Directors since 2020. 

40 years experience in Industrial Gas Operations (cryogenic & non-cryogenic air distillation) from check-out & commissioning, start-up, plant engineering, project management, pipeline management, due diligence asset evaluation, cost reduction, electrical power systems, turbo-machinery, cooling water, and sustainability. Final 20 years specifically defining and implementing Global Reliability Centers centralizing global EAM or CMMS, predictive technologies, root cause analysis, RCM project proposal estimating, standards, homogenizing into APM for IIOT4.0 and digital transformation for >50 countries around the world. Presented at major conferences around the world including Reliability Web IMC, SMRP, CGA, American Petroleum, Bentley APM, Emerson, and others. CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) for 15 years and hold a seat on the board of AMP (Asset Management Professionals). Hold awards for presentations, project ideas, and cost reduction solutions. Last position was director of global reliability for a top 300 corporation with production operations in more than 100 countries around the world, and annual sales of approximately $30 billion.

ELLEN MILLER - DIRECTOR

Ellen is the Manager or Patient Access at Children's Hospital and Medical Center - Omaha, Nebraska. She has served on the AMP Board of Directors since 2020.
