The Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) announces a new chapter for America Central and El Caribe

The new chapter will officially become operational this September 15, as part of AMP's ongoing efforts to build awareness and foster knowledge-sharing around asset management.

The Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) has created a new AMP Chapter for America Central and El Caribe, which will be launched this September 14. The announcement from AMP’s leadership reflects the organization’s commitment to continuing to build awareness and foster knowledge-sharing around asset management.

The new chapter will be made up of:

  • Víctor Blanco, Reliability Engineer at Fuller Technologies (Guatemala)
  • Alberto Fischbach, Maintenance Manager at Alianza Mayorista, S. A. (Amsa Brands) (Guatemala)
  • Martín Campa, Reliability Engineering Manager at Lala Group (Mexico)
  • Curibe Cabrera, Managing Director of Asset Maintenance Solutions, SRL. (Dominican Republic)

 AMP runs a full agenda of annual activities through its chapters, spanning multiple countries and regions worldwide. Through this new chapter, AMP will coordinate webinars, online conferences, and other activities focused on supporting proven asset management practices, scopes and outcomes, success stories, and inspiring stories from the America Central and El Caribe.

The Association of Asset Management Professionals will continue working to engage more professionals and experts in spreading asset management, reliability, and industrial maintenance practices, incorporating and leveraging the new technologies of Industry 5.0, while also opening new horizons for the next generation of industry professionals. As more organizations adopt asset management approaches, the better the results they will achieve, driving economic impact and industrial and business development, and helping create a safer world and a sustainable future.

The new co-leaders of this newly created chapter also represent the interest of the region’s industrial sectors in advancing sustainable practices and better outcomes, boosting regional economies and creating a positive impact on their environment.
