With more resources to learn and advance, the new version is now available at reliabilitymarketplace.com.
The Uptime® Elements Body of Knowledge has just been updated. Terrence O’Hanlon, creator of the Uptime® Elements Framework, will explain these updates during the live webinar from the Reliability Leadership Institute®, taking place on October 28, starting at 10:00 a.m. ET. Over the course of an hour, participants will learn what has been updated in the BoK, how to use each of its components, and how these updates impact those preparing to take the Certified Reliability Leader® (CRL) exam.
This is the most significant update to this reliability framework in a decade. This live webinar is a guided tour of the expanded 2026 Body of Knowledge and what it means for asset management professionals. In addition to the five core Passports (REM, ACM, WEM, LER, and AM) the framework now includes a redesign of the study resources. This makes studying for the CRL Exam more effective, both for self-study students and for those who prefer to take the CRL Workshop.
What else will you learn in this live webinar?
The Uptime® Elements Framework is recognized worldwide for its benefits in optimizing results, unifying the language of asset management, driving continuous improvement, and creating a culture of reliability that translates into sustainability and profitability. More than 6,000 organizations have implemented Uptime® Elements, and more than 4,000 Certified Reliability Leaders (CRLs) put it into practice in the most challenging environments with outstanding results.
The framework remains the same, but the new resources will make a significant difference for professionals on their path to certification. In this live session, you’ll discover:
- What’s new in the BoK
- The new 169-page CRL Exam Study Guide and Learning Exercises
- How to create a 90-day Reliability Leadership Project
- The first edition of Uptime® Elements Key Terms and Definitions
- The Guide to Domain Badges and Domain Mastery Belts
- The Reliability Leadership Manifesto
- Reliability Leadership Story 5, The Third Cure
- How to practically use resources such as flash cards, posters, transit map, and sticker sheet, and their real-world application in the workplace
- Where the CRL path leads next after certification: Domain Badges, Mastery Belts, and the CRL Black Belt
This is a hands-on session led by Terrence O’Hanlon, designed to help you deepen your understanding of the framework, learn how reliability leaders operate, successfully earn your CRL certification, lead your work teams, and continue advancing your professional career just as a true leader does.
