Connecting People in a Disconnected Environment

 For many years, people who deployed to Antarctica did not care about being digitally connected. Now, the people who are available to work in this environment expect to have digital connections and without those connections, they are far less likely to agree to deploy. What if anything can be done to remediate this problem?
