Volunteer for Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) and help spread asset management around the world

We are Women in Reliability and Asset Management, WIRAM, and we invite you to join our organization and be part of our volunteer corps. Our goal is to make visible the role of women in the world of asset management and reliability, paving the way for emerging generations and closing gender, salary, social or cultural gaps.

Women have made great contributions to the world of asset management, a traditionally male domain. They have contributed the best of their efforts and talents to enhance, promote and spread the culture of Reliability in industrial maintenance and Facility Management. And this effort deserves to be recognized, disseminated, supported and endorsed.

In order for Women in Reliability and Asset Management to continue its work, we require the contribution of hundreds of professionals committed to this purpose: volunteers. The contribution of volunteers allows WIRAM to continue functioning as an organization and to remain a safe space for reflection, the exchange of ideas and the enrichment of Asset Management as a science and as a culture.

Only 15.7% workers in engineering are women

Women Are Nearly Half of U.S. Workforce but Only 27% of STEM Workers
