The WIRAM Panel organized by Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) during The Reliability Conference 2026 in San Francisco, California, was a resounding success. The event was enthusiastically received by the audience, where female industry leaders discussed “People and Culture at Work.”
Maura Abad, WIRAM Global Director and AMP Chapter Director, noted that the panel featured the outstanding participation of Diti Sood, Founder and CEO of Bolo AI; Kimi Omi, Vice President of Northern California Support Services at Kaiser Permanente; and Jennifer Jabara, Global Talent & Education Lead for Integrated Facilities Management at CBRE, who discussed “Uptime® Elements: People and Culture at Work. Framework and Implementation.”
Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) is the organization that, under the umbrella of the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP), promotes and highlights the role and contributions of women to Reliability, Industrial Maintenance, and Asset Management. The WIRAM Panel is part of the activities WIRAM carries out throughout the year to continue fostering the participation of professional women in the industry, highlighting their achievements and how they benefit the industry with their ideas and innovative proposals.

The topic of discussion at this WIRAM Panel, “People and Culture at Work,” is one of the most recent Domains added to the Uptime® Elements Framework. This framework, created by Terrence O’Hanlon, founder of Reliabilityweb.com and creator of the Uptime Elements Reliability Framework and Asset Management System, serves as a guide for strategically applying maintenance and reliability techniques, unifying the language and aligning all asset management with the organization’s core objectives. This new Domain, People and Culture at Work, was extensively discussed and explained by women leaders in the sector during this WIRAM Panel, highlighting how organizational culture influences the results and performance of teams, assets, and facilities.
