The Reliability Leadership Institute joins the group of companies that support the professional development of women in our industry through committed and coordinated work.
We have a new Advocate! At Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM), we are pleased to announce that we now have the support of The Reliability Leadership Institute to continue developing our work and achieve our main objective: to highlight the role and contributions of professional women in Asset Management.
Under the umbrella of the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP), Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) has created a global community, grouped into chapters on several continents and regions, to promote the work of women in a traditionally male-dominated industry, providing innovative approaches and flexible solutions for organizations to achieve outstanding results, while creating a safe, robust, and sustainable industry for all. WIRAM is led by Maura Abad and currently has nine global chapters: Africa, Antarctica, Australia/New Zealand, Canada, Europe, LATAM, Middle East, USA, and UK.
The Reliability Leadership Institute (RLI) joins the large family of Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) to continue supporting our goals, expanding opportunities for women to take action and develop in our industry. The Reliability Institute works to promote discussion and study on Reliability, Asset Management, Leadership, and Digitalization through a powerful network of professionals around the world. As an Advocate, its presence not only provides direct support for our goals but also enriches us with its solid track record and principles of integrity, authenticity, and responsibility, supporting more organizations around the world to be safe, sustainable, and successful, while we all work together to create the safe and sustainable future we aspire to achieve.
