About WIRAM
Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) is the organization that, under the umbrella of the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP), promotes and highlights the role and contributions of women to Reliability, Industrial Maintenance, and Asset Management.
A Domain to Master Results
People and Culture at Work is one of the most recent Domains added to the Uptime® Elements Framework, and it addresses the impact of culture on organizational results, recognizing that culture is shaped by people and the set of values they share. Reliability is the result of a culture shared by all, with a common language and systems and strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Understanding this framework and applying the strategies it proposes enhances the quality of results, the rigor of processes, the granularity of information, operational excellence, financial robustness, and the resilience of the entire organization. But it is essential that teams are properly trained and informed, and this is part of what this WIRAM Panel hopes to achieve: raising awareness and providing information on the impact of reliability and asset management on business results, discussed and explained by women leaders in the sector.
