· Leading professional women from the region will speak at this event on how to achieve “Leadership in High-Performance Teams: Keys to Success,” drawing on their experience and achievements, in a new activity organized by Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) to highlight the role and contributions of women in industrial maintenance, reliability, and asset management.
· Maura Abad, WIRAM Global Director, will lead this summit, accompanied by Gabriela Mejías, Director of WIRAM LATAM, one of the most important events to promote and mobilize the presence of women in the world of asset management in Latin America.
The Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) continues to drive learning and asset management practices around the world through its many chapters operating in various countries. Under the umbrella of AMP, Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM) is making a significant effort to provide safe spaces for the professional and personal development of women professionals in the industry, highlighting and elevating the role and contributions they make to the business. WIRAM members are grouped into chapters around the world, and on November 20, 2025, the WIRAM LATAM chapter will hold the WIRAM LATAM SUMMIT, which will bring together leading professionals around the theme Leadership in High-Performance Teams: Keys to Success.
