Announcing the Certified Reliability Leader® Reconnect 2026

“From Certification to Transformation: Real Stories of Reliability Leadership” is the central theme of this virtual meeting, exclusively for Certified Reliability Leaders and organized by the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP).

How has your career progressed since you obtained your Certified Reliability® Leader certification? What positive impact have you had on your organization since becoming certified? The Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) has opened registration for the third edition of CRL Reconnect 2026, an exclusive technical meeting for our community of Certified® Reliability Leaders to share all the changes and transformations that this certification brings to the global asset management scene. The event will take place on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET.

This year’s theme, “From Certification to Transformation: Real Stories of Reliability Leadership”, directly addresses the high-profile changes and transformations that AMP’s CRL certifications have brought to thousands of companies around the world, as well as the success stories that thousands of professionals with this certification can showcase. In 2026, we will be talking about how theory has become practice and the dividends that have resulted.

The Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) held this event for the first time in 2024, to great acclaim among the Certified Reliability Leaders community. In 2025, we repeated the experience, reconnecting hundreds of professionals around the world to update knowledge, trend alerts, and new resources and certifications aimed at raising the professional quality of businesses and services related to Industrial Reliability and Asset Management. In 2026, we delved into key business issues, strengthened ties with our community, and provided a high-level opportunity to share with renowned panelists, discuss the latest technologies, and learn about what’s new at AMP for all its members.

Do you have success stories to share? Do you want to stay up to date with the latest in our industry and reconnect with your peers? Don’t miss this exciting event! Here are some reasons why you should participate.

What to expect from Certified Reliability Leader® Reconnect 2026?

This year, we are moving from theory to practice. The event will focus on the real impact that CRLs have on organizations and the positive changes this brings to their careers, professional profiles, employability, and perceived value in the market.

We also have an interesting program, led by Terrence O’Hanlon, President of AMP and CEO of Reliabilityweb.com and creator of Uptime® Elements – A Reliability Framework and Asset Management System™, where we will showcase:

Operational Transformation:

Hear firsthand from CRLs who have used their certification to transform their organizations. We’ll look at the specific technical challenges they faced and the results they achieved.

Peer Exchange:

Reconnect with a global network of professionals to share insights and solve common industry problems.

What's Next:

Learn about the career opportunities available beyond your CRL certification. Jim Carrel, Chief Operating Officer at Forum Reliability, will discuss this topic and share his experiences on everything this certification brings to professionals and the benefits for organizations after obtaining CRL certification as part of the AMP pathway.
We remind you that this is an Exclusive Virtual Event for certified CRL professionals with up-to-date certifications. You can register at this link:

Life After CRL: What the Experts Say

What kind of changes does obtaining CRL certification bring? Part of the CRL Reconnect 2026 offering is to share the after-effects of certification and understand why certification can be a condition of employment for business leaders.

At this event, Jim Carrel, CRL-BB, ISO Cat. III, and Chief Operating Officer at Forum Reliability, will give a presentation entitled “Life After CRL” to share information about the opportunities available beyond CRL certification. What are the next steps after becoming certified? What opportunities does the job market offer? How does an employee’s perceived value change after CRL certification? These and other questions will be addressed by Carrel, who has previously advocated certification not only as an educational step, but as a tool that provides sufficient training to be able to act appropriately in the complex ecosystem of industrial plants, complex organizations, and teams with high levels of responsibility.

Secure your spot today and take advantage of this new opportunity to expand your knowledge, acquire exclusive and valuable information, and reconnect with the CRL community. We look forward to seeing you there!
