“We are very excited to participate in the Maximo World Conference 2026 by creating this space for connection and exchange through the WIRAM Networking Lunch. It promotes awareness of the impact of professional women in our field and highlights how WIRAM continues to drive greater female integration across our industry, as we collectively explore new ways to foster excellence, safety, and profitability,” Maura noted regarding the conference.

By its very nature, WIRAM helps create a more inclusive, resilient, and flexible industry by integrating diverse perspectives that enrich the professional and operational solutions required by a constantly evolving sector. At the same time, it helps close the gender gap and inspires thousands of young women to pursue professional and personal growth in engineering and asset management. Its presence at Maximo World demonstrates its commitment to these goals and its positive impact on the industry.
