Women leaders in asset management presented their proposals and insights to continue strengthening our industry.
Terrence O'Hanlon, Executive Director of the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP) and CEO of Reliability Leadership Institute, and Maura Abad, Founder and Global Director of WIRAM, hosted this event.
Sustained participation and commitment to asset management, reliability, excellence, and continuous improvement were the standout features of the WIRAM Virtual Global Summit 2026, organized by Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM), with support from the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP), and the participation of women leaders in asset management from WIRAM’s Global Chapters. The event was hosted by Terrence O’Hanlon, AMP Executive Director and CEO of Reliability Leadership Institute, and Maura Abad, Founder and Global Director of WIRAM.
“We’re thrilled to have with us at this Summit women leaders who represent openness, flexibility, and diversity in our industry, because asset management and reliability are, at their core, about making good decisions, and all the research shows that the more diverse and inclusive a team is, the better the decisions they make and the solutions they propose. And ultimately, what we’re after are safe and sustainable solutions,” Terrence said at the start of the Summit.
