This is what Brendon Russ shared with Maura Abad in the latest episode of the Asset Management Visionaries Podcast. Brendon Russ, CRL Black Belt, CMM, is Executive Director of Reliability and Asset Services at JLL and a member of The Reliability Leadership Foundation. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in International Business from Florida Atlantic University. Brendon is a Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry and deep expertise in condition-based maintenance, asset management, and change management.
Maura Abad: COO of the Reliability Leadership Institute, Global Director of the Asset Management Chapter, and Founder and Global Director of Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM), is a committed advocate for the power of communication to drive change and create opportunities for development. She has built a successful career in asset management and works to highlight the role of women within the industry. She is the founder and host of the Asset Management Visionaries Podcast, in which she interviews the industry’s most prominent leaders.
